A premiere is always special. One of the most exciting things about the premiere of What the Horse Eats is to listen to people involved talking about how they study the score to realize the story on stage. The interview series started with the cast: Alejandra Martinez (female villager), Skyler Schlenker (male villager), Carl DuPont (Hakida), Brian Arreola (Hùng), and Bích Vân Nguyễn (Mai). Each one brings their own understanding and interpretation of the work into this production making it whole and complete. Here are the interviews conducted by Jamey Guzman.
